Extended Holiday Exchange Policy
Orders placed on November 1, 2024 through December 17, 2024 will have until January 15, 2025 to exchange for size or color only. To be eligible for an exchange the piece(s) must be in perfect sellable condition with the black return tag attached. Orders marked final sale at checkout are not eligible for an exchange. Returns
We offer complimentary returns and exchanges on most fine jewelry pieces within 30 days of delivery. Exclusions apply. For more details, click here.
Resizing + Repairs
Ring Concierge offers a complimentary 3 year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chain. Resizes are not included.

- Bangles and eternity bands cannot be resized
- Not all rings can be resized, and most rings cannot be resized more than 1-1.5 sizes smaller or larger than originally made
- Ring Concierge does not resize or repair items purchased through other retailers
