What is the Concierge Club?
The Concierge Club is our way of showing appreciation. Earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases, and use them to get RC Credits on future purchases. The more you collect, the more you save!
How do I sign up for the loyalty program, and is there a cost?
To join the Concierge Club program, simply create an account on the Ring Concierge website here. The program is free to join—there's no cost involved.
What if I already have an account with Ring Concierge?
If you already have an account or login with Ring Concierge, you are automatically enrolled in the Concierge Club program. There is no need for any additional steps to start earning points and enjoying the benefits of the program.
Can I receive points for older orders?
Yes, you have a 3-month grace period to receive points for previous purchases from the date you sign up as a Concierge Club Member.
How can I earn points?
To earn Concierge Club points, there are a few things you can do:

- Make a purchase online or at any of our RC Boutiques

What is the minimum amount required to redeem points?
You need a minimum of $10 / 1,000 points to redeem.
What is Double Points Day?
Double Points Day is an exclusive perk for Gold and Diamond members. On these days, Gold Members earn 26 points per dollar spent (instead of the usual 13), and Diamond Members earn 30 points per dollar (instead of 15). Note that this bonus applies to select pieces or collections. Keep an eye out for announcements on these days to maximize your rewards.
Can I use my points at an RC retail store?
Yes! Redeem your rewards here, and show the sales associate your code to apply to your purchase. Please make sure to provide your email address to your associate at checkout to accrue points from your in-store purchase.
Can point redemptions be combined with promotions or discounts?
No, point redemptions cannot be stacked with any promotions or discounts. Points can only be redeemed on full-priced purchases.
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire after one calendar year from the date of receipt.
What is the Tennis Collection credit?
For a credit of $100, you can redeem 4,500 points on items within our Tennis Collection. This reward includes all items featured in the Tennis Collection section, not just the classic pieces.
