In stock items will be processed within 3 business days. Most "Custom made for you" pieces are estimated to require 6-9 weeks for production. All pieces have their production time listed, so be sure to check the product page description.
If your order is a rush, please email info@ringconcierge.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.
Shipping
Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Ring Concierge due to several failed delivery attempts).

CARE GUIDE
While Ring Concierge fine jewelry is designed for everyday wear, we suggest the below tips to preserve your pieces!

14k GOLD
To clean your 14k gold jewelry, use a soft toothbrush and dish soap and gently scrub. Be sure to rinse excess residue! You can also clean your gold pieces by gently rubbing a polishing cloth. For Herringbone care please reference below.
HERRINGBONE
Herringbone chains are delicate and without proper care, they can kink! Be sure to remove before physical activity, sleeping, and showering and always lay flat. We recommend not wearing lotions as scum can build up when wearing this piece. Cleaning should be avoided due to its delicate nature and intricate design.
DIAMONDS
Avoid using lotions when wearing diamond pieces as the lotion can get caught under stones and take away from their sparkle! Remove prior to showering to avoid unwanted soap scum build up. To clean, use a soft toothbrush and a little dish soap and gently scrub. We recommend using our jewelry cleaner for best results!
SINGLE PRONG
Please keep in mind that this style of setting means each diamond is held in place with a single prong on each side of the diamond (to give them their floating appearance). Due to the delicate nature of this setting, avoid knocking against any surfaces, snagging on a handbag, clothing or heavier hand held items like shopping bags. Every so often give your ring a gentle shake to see if any stones are loose. If any stones are loose click here to initiate a repair. To clean, use a soft toothbrush and a little dish soap and gently scrub. We recommend using our jewelry cleaner for best results!
GEMSTONES
Natural gemstones are softer than diamonds. We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals when wearing your gemstone jewelry. To clean, use a minimal amount of dish soap to wipe clean with your fingers. Then, gently wipe or pat the stones dry with a soft jewelry cloth. Avoid using paper towels to clean gemstones as they can cause scratching.
PEARLS
Pearls are very delicate and should be handled gently. Clean with a soft/damp cloth and don’t use soap or other chemicals to clean. It is best to avoid contact with perfumes and lotions. When storing long term (1+ years), put it in a pouch that is breathable (not plastic or airtight) so the pearl does not lose its luster.
