Resizes are not included.

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. Ring Concierge orders always come with fully insured shipping and any shipment $2,000+ requires signature upon delivery. Please know that due to the value of these orders this is not something we can waive. Also, the purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Ring Concierge due to several failed delivery attempts.

How to Measure

Cuffs and bangles should fit snugly, while tennis and chain bracelets should fit slightly loosely, allowing for movement.

Use a flexible measuring tape or a string.
Wrap it around the thickest part of the wrist (at the wrist joint). If using string, mark the point on the string where the ends meet with a pen and use a ruler to measure the length up to the mark.
Compare your measurement to the size chart below. If you are between sizes, size up.
