Returns

You have 1 week (7 days) from the date of delivery to return your ready-made engagement ring or wedding band. We reserve the right to reject the return or deduct any amount for any damages on the ring if it is not in acceptable condition upon return.

 

Warranty

Ring Concierge offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all Bridal pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or loose prongs, and missing pavé stones. The warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by warranty. 

 

Resizing & Repairs

All in-stock engagement rings can be resized to your desired finger size complimentary. If you're in need of a resize or repair, please email info@ringconcierge.com. Resizing takes around 2-3 weeks.

Please note:

  • Not all rings can be resized, and most rings cannot be resized more than 1-1.5 sizes smaller or larger than originally made.
  • Ring Concierge does not resize or repair items purchased through other retailers

Processing Time

In stock items will be processed within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Most "Made to order" pieces are estimated to require up to 3-4 weeks for production. All pieces have their production time listed, so be sure to check the product page description.

Any customizations or resizing to the ring results in it becoming final sale.

    If you encounter any problems with your engagement ring or wedding band, contact Customer Care on how to proceed with your repair.

    Please kindly note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of Ring Concierge will void this warranty.

    Our completed Bespoke engagment rings are in-stock and ready to ship. Orders placed for the in stock size will be processed in 2-3 business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks if needing a different size.
