Fine jewelry bought in the US comes with a complimentary 3-year limited warranty, and most pieces can be returned or exchanged free within 30 days of delivery. Orders placed between November 1, 2026, and December 15, 2026, are eligible for an extended exchange window through January 15, 2027, for the same style in a different size or color.
What the 3-year warranty covers
Manufacturing defects, including:
- Loose diamonds or loose prongs
- Missing pavé stones
- Broken clasps
- Broken soft chain
Not covered: normal wear and tear, misuse, resizes, lost or stolen pieces, and limited-edition collaboration pieces.
