Process:

Step 1: Purchase your setting + reset online.

Step 2: Keep an eye on your inbox! Our Diamond Specialists will email you with a fully insured shipping label and ask you to confirm your ring size.

Step 3: Once your diamond arrives, our experts will carefully inspect it to make sure it’s structurally secure for setting. (If it doesn’t pass inspection, no worries—we’ll send it back and refund your reset fee.)

Step 4: After approval, sit back and relax. Your new ring will be crafted within 3–4 weeks. The original setting will be sent back to you along with your newly set ring.

Diamond Qualifications:

We reset all diamonds 1ct or larger.

Warranty

Ring Concierge offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all Bridal pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or loose prongs, and missing pavé stones. The warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by warranty. 

Resizing & Repairs

All engagement rings can be resized to your desired finger size complimentary. Resizing takes around 2-3 weeks. If you're in need of a resize or repair, please email info@ringconcierge.com.

Please note:

• Not all rings can be resized, and most rings cannot be resized more than 1-1.5 sizes smaller or larger than originally made.
• Ring Concierge does not resize or repair items purchased through other retailers
