• Our gold vermeil pieces feature a thick 2.5-micron layer of 14k solid gold over 925 sterling silver—making them five times thicker and significantly more durable than standard gold-plated jewelry.
• Remove before physical activity, sleeping, and showering.
• Be careful not to apply pressure directly to your piece.

Returns

We offer complimentary returns and exchanges on most fine jewelry pieces within 30 days of delivery. Limited-edition pieces from collaborations are eligible for returns within 15 days of delivery. Exclusions apply. For more details, click here.

Resizing + Repairs

Ring Concierge offers a complimentary 3 year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chain. Resizes are not included. Limited-edition pieces from collaborations are not eligible for warranty.

Please note:

• Bangles and eternity bands cannot be resized.
• Not all rings can be resized, and most rings cannot be resized more than 1-1.5 sizes smaller or larger than originally made.
• Ring Concierge does not resize or repair items purchased through other retailers.

Processing Time

In stock items will be processed within 3 business days. Most "Custom made to order" pieces are estimated to require 6-9 weeks for production. All pieces have their production time listed, so be sure to check the product page description.

 
If your order is a rush, please email info@ringconcierge.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.

Insured Shipping

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. Ring Concierge orders always come with fully insured shipping and any shipment $2,000+ requires signature upon delivery. Please know that due to the value of these orders this is not something we can waive. Also, the purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Ring Concierge due to several failed delivery attempts.

Average shipping times: Please note that our processing times still apply. 

• FedEx Ground: 1-5 business days (select locations may have weekend deliveries)
• FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• FedEx Overnight: arrives the next business day by end of day (excluding weekends and holidays)
• FedEx International: 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

*For international order prices and shipping fees do not include Import and Customs Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, brokerage or other fees that may be levied by the destination country. Ring Concierge is not responsible for these fees, nor for Customs-related delivery delays. If the customer refuses delivery due to government-required costs from the destination country, incurred costs to return the package to sender are the responsibility of the purchaser. The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
