Extended Holiday Exchange Policy:

Orders placed on November 1, 2024 through December 17, 2024 will have until January 15, 2025 to exchange for size or color only. To be eligible for an exchange the piece(s) must be in perfect sellable condition with the black return tag attached. Orders marked final sale at checkout are not eligible for an exchange. If you have any additional questions please email our Customer Care at info@ringconcierge.com.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your wedding band. We reserve the right to reject the return or deduct any amount for any damages on the ring if it is not in acceptable condition upon return. Any customizations or resizing to the ring results in it becoming final sale.

Warranty

Ring Concierge offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all Bridal pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or loose prongs, and missing pavé stones. The warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by warranty.

In stock items will be processed within 3 business days. Most "Custom made to order" pieces are estimated to require 6-9 weeks for production. All pieces have their production time listed, so be sure to check the product page description.

Free + Insured Shipping

Ring Concierge offers complimentary shipping on all orders of $100 or more placed and delivered within the US. For orders under $100, standard shipping rates will apply. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. Ring Concierge orders always come with fully insured shipping and any shipment $1,500+ requires signature upon delivery. Please know that due to the value of these orders this is not something we can waive. Also, the purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Ring Concierge due to several failed delivery attempts.

Measuring Tips for a Flawless Fit

When measuring, make sure you are at a normal body temperature; fingers shrink in the cold & expand in the heat!
Stay cool, don't measure when you're hot! Fingers shrink in the cold and expand in the heat.
Skip the salted rims before sizing - cocktails and swelling fingers don't mix, so you will not get an accurate measurement.
When in doubt, size up. If you're caught between sizes, don't sweat it. Go for the larger size and enjoy a fit that's just right.

Measure Your Finger

Best Option for the solo shopper

What you'll need:

A thin strip of paper; we recommend a 3” strip
Pen or marker
Ruler

Steps:

Wrap the paper around the base of your finger, right where you plan to wear the ring.
Make sure the paper is snug against your finger for the most accurate measurement.
Grab that pen or marker and mark where the paper meets.
Lay that strip flat and break out the ruler to measure the distance between your mark and the end of the strip, all in millimeters.
