Important to note: Diamond eternity bands cannot be resized and 3/4 diamond coverage bands can only be resized 1/4-1/2 size. We recommend ordering these styles 1/4 size larger to accommodate size fluctuations.
Rings Size Guide
Sizing can be tricky. If your knuckle's larger than the base of your finger, split the difference between two sizes. You need a fit that slides on smoothly but stays put. So, take two measurements and meet somewhere in the middle.

Measuring Tips for a Flawless Fit
- When measuring, make sure you are at a normal body temperature; fingers shrink in the cold & expand in the heat!
- Stay cool, don't measure when you're hot! Fingers shrink in the cold and expand in the heat.
- Skip the salted rims before sizing - cocktails and swelling fingers don't mix, so you will not get an accurate measurement.
- When in doubt, size up. If you're caught between sizes, don't sweat it. Go for the larger size and enjoy a fit that's just right.

Measure Your Finger

What you'll need:
- A thin strip of paper; we recommend a 3” strip
- Pen or marker
- Ruler
Steps:
- Wrap the paper around the base of your finger, right where you plan to wear the ring.
- Make sure the paper is snug against your finger for the most accurate measurement.
- Grab that pen or marker and mark where the paper meets.
- Lay that strip flat and break out the ruler to measure the distance between your mark and the end of the strip, all in millimeters.
- Use our chart to determine your perfect fit.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your wedding band. We reserve the right to reject the return or deduct any amount for any damages on the ring if it is not in acceptable condition upon return. Any customizations or resizing to the ring results in it becoming final sale.
Warranty
Ring Concierge offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all Bridal pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or loose prongs, and missing pavé stones. The warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by warranty.

Please note:
- Not all rings can be resized, and most rings cannot be resized more than 1-1.5 sizes smaller or larger than originally made.
- Ring Concierge does not resize or repair items purchased through other retailers.

Processing Time
In stock items will be processed within 3 business days. Most "Custom made to order" pieces are estimated to require 6-9 weeks for production. All pieces have their production time listed, so be sure to check the product page description.
If your order is a rush, please email info@ringconcierge.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.
Insured Shipping
Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. Ring Concierge orders always come with fully insured shipping and any shipment $2,000+ requires signature upon delivery. Please know that due to the value of these orders this is not something we can waive. Also, the purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Ring Concierge due to several failed delivery attempts.

- FedEx Ground: 1-5 business days (select locations may have weekend deliveries)
- FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- FedEx Overnight: arrives the next business day by end of day (excluding weekends and holidays)
