Insured Shipping

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. Ring Concierge orders always come with fully insured shipping and any shipment $1,500+ requires signature upon delivery. Please know that due to the value of these orders this is not something we can waive. Also, the purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Ring Concierge due to several failed delivery attempts.

Measuring Tips for a Flawless Fit

What you'll need:

Soft Measuring tape
Pen or marker

Steps:

Wrap the measuring tape snug around the widest part of your wrist.
Use your pen or marker and tag where the tape meets the starting line.
Once you’ve measured, you can adjust that number to how you like to wear your bracelets or bangles. We recommend the following for certain fits:

For a more snug fit, add ¼” - ½” to your measurement.
For a comfort fit, add ¾” - 1” to your measurement.
For a loose fit, add 1” - 1 ¼” to your measurement.
