Ring Concierge Warranty
BRIDAL WARRANTY
We stand behind the quality of our pieces. Ring Concierge offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all Bespoke and bridal pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs and missing pavé stones.
This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.
If you encounter any problems with your engagement ring or wedding band, contact your bridal consultant on how to proceed with your repair.
Please kindly note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of Ring Concierge will void this warranty.
FINE JEWELRY WARRANTY
3 Year Manufacturing Warranty
At Ring Concierge, we promise that every piece of jewelry is crafted and inspected with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. To stand behind this commitment, we offer a complimentary 3-Year Manufacturing Warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the U.S., covering genuine defects in craftsmanship and materials. In the rare event that a defect occurs, please live chat with our Customer Care team or reach out to us at info@ringconcierge.com, and we will be happy to take care of it for you.
What’s Covered
Our 3-Year Manufacturing Warranty provides coverage for authentic manufacturing and quality-related issues, including:
- Items Arriving Damaged – Jewelry that arrives with visible damage or defects from shipping or handling will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
- Defective Clasps or Closures – Clasps, hinges, or other closures that do not function properly due to a manufacturing issue.
- Loose or Misaligned Stones Upon Arrival – Stones that are loose, unevenly set, or misaligned when delivered.
- Porosity or Flaws in Metals – Structural imperfections in the metal (such as air bubbles, cracks, or pits) that compromise durability.
- Incorrect Product Received – If the wrong item, size, or design variation is sent, it will be corrected at no cost.
Repairs for covered issues will be provided at no charge within the warranty period. After three years, we are happy to assist with repairs for a service fee (plus taxes and shipping), which will be quoted and approved before work begins.
What’s Not Covered
The following examples are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore excluded from warranty coverage. Additional circumstances beyond those listed here may also be excluded.
- Coverage does not extend to damage or loss resulting from a failure to obtain the repairs needed to maintain the integrity of the jewelry.
- Normal Wear and Tear – Over time, jewelry may naturally develop scratches, marks, or signs of everyday use. Loss of stones, product loss, theft, or damage resulting from accidents or improper cleaning and storage are not covered.
- Fading or Discoloration of Metals – Precious metals may fade or change color when exposed to chemicals, heat, or environmental factors. This includes wearing jewelry in pools, hot tubs, or while cleaning, as well as exposing pieces to perfumes, lotions, or other harsh chemicals.
- Expected Precious Metal Wear – Prongs and metal components gradually wear down with regular use. This natural thinning may loosen stones, placing them at risk of falling out. Such wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
- Loose or Broken Clasps – Clasps that become loose or break due to normal use, accidental force, or wear over time are not considered manufacturing defects and are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Misshapen Rings or Bangles – Over time, metals may bend or warp due to external pressure, impact, or daily wear. This is especially common with open-style rings or bangles that can catch on objects, causing the piece to lose its original shape. Such occurrences are considered normal wear and are not covered under the warranty.
- Soft Chain Damage – Breakage of delicate or thin chains resulting from stretching, snagging, or pulling is not covered under the warranty, as these instances are due to external factors rather than craftsmanship defects.
- Stone Loss Due to Trauma or Damage – The loss of any stone caused by impact, mishandling, or external damage is not covered under the warranty.
- Third-Party Repairs/Resizes – Any work performed on a piece by a jeweler outside of Ring Concierge, including but not limited to resizing, soldering, polishing, or stone setting, will void the warranty.
For issues with any of your RC pieces, please contact info@ringconcierge.com and our Customer Concierge Team will assist in initiating your repair or resizing.
