Valentine's Day 2026 Scratch-Off Card Promotion
OFFICIAL RULES FOR RING CONCIERGE VALENTINE’S SCRATCH-OFF CARDS PROMOTION
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Promotion Period: The Ring Concierge Valentine’s Scratch-Off Cards Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on February 5, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on February 19, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST, or while supplies last (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion is available at RingConcierge.com and participating Ring Concierge retail locations: Madison Ave (NY), Soho (NY), Boca Raton (FL), Century City (CA), and Houston (TX). Sponsor reserves the right to end the Promotion early if the supply of 11,000 scratch-off cards is exhausted. Sponsor also reserves the right to modify the Promotion Period or store locations as needed. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Ring Concierge (“Sponsor” or “Ring Concierge”) which shall be final and binding in all respects.
2. Sponsor: The Promotion is sponsored by Ring Concierge, LLC (“Sponsor”).
3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor or its affiliates are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
4. How to Enter
With Purchase: During the Promotion Period, customers who complete a qualifying purchase of in-stock items at RingConcierge.com or a participating retail location will receive one (1) scratch-off card per order, while supplies last. Orders for items that ship after the Promotion Period are not eligible.
To enter without making a purchase, mail a postcard with your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to: Ring Concierge VDay Card Promotion – AMOE, 488 Madison Ave Suite 990, New York, NY 10022. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person/household during the Promotion Period. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 19, 2026, and received by February 26, 2026, to be valid.
All entries must be redeemed during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries that are not received in a timely manner, or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error, or due to inaccessibility of the Internet or portions thereof. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt. Sponsor’s database is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion. Multiple orders do not increase the number of jewelry prizes an entrant may claim; one prize per claimed card only.
5. Data Collection/Privacy: Information provided to enter the Promotion will not be sold to third parties but may be shared in accordance with the terms of Ring Concierge’s Privacy Policy. Sponsor, its affiliates, and companies supplying prizes (or parts thereof) in connection with this Contest may from time to time contact entrants via email or text message concerning the Contest, or to send promotional emails or messages, and each entrant consents to receiving such communications via email and/or text message.
6. Prizes, Quantities & Odds: A total of 11,000 scratch-off cards will be distributed during the Promotion. Outcomes are determined randomly.
The following prizes are available: One (1) RTS Oval Whisper Thin Ring (ARV: $4,995), One (1) 2ct Round Lab Diamond Studs (ARV: $1,618), One (1) Mini Diamond Tennis Bracelet, Full Eternity, White Gold (ARV: $1,098), Two (2) Diamond Huggie Earrings (ARV: $376 each), Two (2) Heart Charms (ARV: $278 each), Ten thousand nine hundred ninety-three (10,993) $100 off $500 promotional rewards (ARV: $100 each)
Odds of winning a jewelry prize are 7 in 11,000. Odds of receiving a promotional reward are 10,993 in 11,000. All scratch-off cards are randomized at print and distribution by the printer. Sponsor does not control or influence the placement of winning cards by channel, location, or order type. Odds are based on the total number of scratch-off cards distributed.
No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, deleted, or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Failure to comply when requested may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identification, age, eligibility, and acceptance of these Official Rules from any potential winner prior to awarding a prize.
7. Prize Redemption
Jewelry Prizes: Recipients of jewelry prizes must contact brand@ringconcierge.com within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the scratch-off card to claim their prize. Winners must provide:
(i) a photo of the revealed winning scratch-off card,
(ii) the associated order number (if applicable) or the information submitted for AMOE entries (full name, mailing address, email, and phone number), and
(iii) confirmation that the winner is 18 years of age or older.
Verification: Sponsor may require proof of identification, age, and eligibility before awarding any prize. Upon verification, jewelry prizes will be shipped to the address associated with the qualifying order or AMOE entry within a reasonable timeframe. Jewelry prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize or any portion thereof becomes unavailable.
Promotional Reward: Recipients of the $100 off $500 promotional reward will receive a unique promotional code revealed on the scratch-off card. Codes are valid for one-time use between February 20, 2026 and March 22, 2026, online or in-store. Codes are non-stackable with other promotions or discounts and subject to standard exclusions.
One Prize Per Card: Each scratch-off card is redeemable for one (1) prize only. Receiving multiple cards through multiple orders or entries does not increase the number of jewelry prizes an entrant may claim.
8. Returns & Cancellations: If a qualifying purchase is returned or canceled: The scratch-off card must be returned unused and unscratched. If a jewelry prize has already been redeemed, the ARV of the prize (as listed in Section 5) will be deducted from the refund. Promotional reward codes will be voided upon return of the qualifying purchase.
9. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Jewelry prizes with an ARV greater than $600 require completion of a W-9, and Sponsor will issue a 1099-MISC for the retail value of the prize.
10. General Conditions: Scratch-off cards that are forged, altered, damaged, duplicated, or tampered with are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or damaged cards. Sponsor reserves the right to void any prize claim or promotional redemption in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Official Rules, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, internet failures, or acts of God.
At Sponsor’s discretion, the winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS Form W-9 (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”). If a Winner fails or refuses to sign and return the Prize Claim Documents within fourteen (14) days of prize notification, the Winner may be disqualified. Prizes are not transferable and not assignable. No substitutions of prizes will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable or greater value in the event a prize or any portion thereof becomes unavailable for any reason. Winners shall be solely responsible for all taxes and fees or costs associated with any prize, including but not limited to any federal or state or other income tax, ground transportation (except as expressly stated above), meals (except as expressly stated above), gratuities, personal expenses and any other expenses not expressly specified herein.
11. Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering you agree that Ring Concierge, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, directors, members, shareholders, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and you release and hold harmless the Released Parties for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of or inability to use any prize or from participation or inability to participate in this Promotion, including any Promotion-related activity, and under no circumstances, including negligence, shall any of the Released Parties be liable for any direct, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. You further agree that the Released Parties shall have no liability whatsoever for failure to supply a prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any severe weather, hurricane, flood, fire, war, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond their control. Except where legally prohibited, winners grant (and agree to confirm in writing) permission for the Released Parties and those acting under their authority to use their name, photographs, and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the Internet, without notice, review or approval. Ring Concierge assumes no liability, and shall not be liable, for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Promotion including, without limitation, errors in the printing or display of the offer and official rules, selection, notification and announcement of the Winners, or distribution of the prizes. Ring Concierge is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to any systems associated with the Promotion.
12. Publicity: Except where prohibited, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, photograph, and likeness for advertising and trade purposes in any media worldwide (including the Internet) without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
13. Governing Law: By participating, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Promotion, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of New York, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of New York and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above are inapplicable where attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute. Ring Concierge may terminate this Promotion at any time.
