Ring Concierge Vault Rewards Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Program Overview
The Ring Concierge Vault Rewards Program (the "Program") is a loyalty program offered by Ring Concierge ("RC", "we", "our", or "us") to reward our loyal customers ("Members", "you", or "your") for making purchases or engaging with us. The Program allows Members to earn points ("Points") on eligible purchases and activities, which can be redeemed for rewards, credits, and other benefits.
Vault Rewards Guidelines & Restrictions
The Vault Rewards program runs on a rolling 12 month period, where points last 365 days once active in participant accounts. Participation in the Vault Rewards program is available to all eligible Ring Concierge customers. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Program Eligibility, Enrollment & Points Accumulation
All benefits are subject to the member maintaining active status within the Program. If a member's account is deactivated or if there are extended periods of inactivity, benefits may be adjusted or terminated as outlined in the Program's Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility and Enrollment
- Eligibility: The Program is open to individuals internationally and at least 18 years of age. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Enrollment: To enroll in the Program, you must create an account on the Ring Concierge website. Enrollment is free and no purchase is necessary to join.
- Multiple Accounts: Each individual is limited to one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are not allowed.
Earning Points
Points can be earned by either making an Eligible Purchases or from Non-Purchase Actions, as defined below:
Eligible to earn points: Points are earned on your order subtotal, which includes the purchase price of eligible Fine Jewelry, Wedding Bands, Classic Diamond Studs, Bezel Set Classic Diamond Studs, RC Sets, Last Chance Collection, Jewelry Care & Accessories. Points cannot be earned on any applied discounts, Engagement Rings, Shipping or Taxes.
Non-eligible to earn Points: Purchases such as RC engagement rings, gift cards, gift wrap, engraving fees, third-party products, repairs, discounts and any other specified exclusions by RC will not earn points. You cannot earn points on payments made with Gift Cards nor on redeemed points.
Point Cap: There is no cap on the number of points that can be earned in a single transaction, and there is also no limit on the total points an account can accumulate.
Tiers Based on Spend
The Program consists of three tiers, determined by the total amount spent within a 365-day period:
- Vault Member (Entry-Level): $0–$999
- Vault Insider (Mid-Level): $1,000–$1,999
- Vault VIP (Top-Level): $2,000 and above
Tier Access: Vault Rewards Members gain access to benefits based on their net purchases over a 365-day period. Benefits specific to a tier become available immediately after reaching that tier status. Members retain access to their tier’s benefits through the end of the 365-day period from when they first achieved that tier status. Below outlines the points earning rate which qualifies participants for tier perks and benefits.
Point Earning Rate
- Vault Member: Earn 10 points for every $1 spent.
- Vault Insider: Earn 13 points for every $1 spent.
- Vault VIP: Earn 15 points for every $1 spent.

Earning Points Beyond Purchases
Customers can earn additional points through the following actions:
- Create an Account: 1,000 points
- Tell Us Your Birthday: 1,000 points
- Subscribe to Email: 750 points
- Subscribe to SMS: 750 points
- Follow Us on Instagram: 500 points
- Follow Us on TikTok: 500 points
- Leave a Review: 100 points
- Refer a Friend: 5,000 points (Referee must not have an existing account.)
Points for Non-Purchasers
Participants are able to earn points without making a purchase through predefined actions. Non-purchasers can earn up to $100 in credits through the following actions:
- Create Account: 1,000 points ($10)
- Tell Us Your Birthday: 1,000 points ($10)
- Leave a Review: 500 points ($5)
- Subscribe to Email: 750 points ($7.50)
- Subscribe to SMS: 750 points ($7.50)
- Refer a Friend: 5,000 points ($50)
- Follow Us on Instagram: 500 points ($5)
- Follow Us on TikTok: 500 points ($5)
Limits on Activities: Points for non-purchase activities can only be earned once per activity (with the exception of referring a friend and leaving a review). These activities do not reset over time.
Tier Expiration: Members must re-earn their tier status annually based on their total spend.
Point Accumulation and Tiers: Points earned per dollar and tier benefits are based on total net purchases over a rolling 365-day period. Every individual point has a 12-month expiration from the date of earning. As each point expires, it is removed from your total spend calculation, potentially affecting your tier status. For example, if you spend $500 in August and $1,501 in October, you will reach Vault VIP status in October. However, if no further purchases are made, your status will drop to Vault Insider by the following August, when the $500 spend "expires."
Resetting of Point Earning Rates:
Annual Reset: The point earning rates for higher tiers (e.g., Vault Insider and Vault VIP) will reset based on each individual point's expiration date, not according to the traditional calendar year. As each point expires, members will earn points according to the base rate of their new tier status based on the most recent 365-day spend total. For example:
- February 2024: $1,500 spent
- September 2024: $501 spent
- From February 2024 - September 2024, Member is a Vault Insider with $1,500 spend.
- From September 2024 - February 2025, Member is a Vault VIP with $2,001 spend.
- From February 2025 - September 2025, Member drops to Vault Member with $501 spend (as the $1,500 from February 2024 "expires" from qualifying towards the total spend).
Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for credits and other rewards, but may not be redeemed for cash:
- $10 Credit: 1,000 points
- $50 Credit: 5,000 points
- $100 Credit: 10,000 points
- $500 Credit: 50,000 points
- $1,000 Credit: 100,000 points
Points Redemption: Points can only be redeemed on full-priced items and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts with the exception of the Last Chance collection and RC Sets.
Eligible for redemption: Fine Jewelry, Wedding Bands, Classic Diamond Studs, Bezel Set Classic Diamond Studs, RC Sets, Last Chance, Gift Wrap, Engraving and Jewelry Care & Accessories
Redemption exclusions: Engagement Rings, Gift Card (Purchaser and Recipient), Shipping and handling, and Taxes
Redemption Process: Points can be redeemed through your Ring Concierge account or at checkout via the “Redeem at Checkout” feature.
Double Points Days Guidelines & Restrictions
Eligibility: Double Points Days are special promotional periods during which Members of the Vault Rewards Program can earn double the usual number of points on eligible purchases.
Eligible Members: Double Points Days are available exclusively to Vault Insider and Vault VIP members. Vault Members (Entry-Level) are excluded from this promotion.

General Conditions
Points Expiration: Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned. Unused Points will be forfeited after this period.
Account Management: Customers can check their points balance and redeem points through their Ring Concierge account.
Points Non-Transferable: Points and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Returns & Adjustments: Returns or other financial adjustments will result in a deduction of points from the total balance.
Account Maintenance: Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated account information. Ring Concierge is not responsible for misdirected or lost communications due to outdated contact information.
Eligible Spend Definition: Eligible spend is on total sales, including sales tax, shipping, handling and excludes credits, refunds, and adjustments.
Program Changes: Ring Concierge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, unless required by applicable law. Changes may include, but are not limited to, adjustments to point earning rates, redemption values, and tier qualifications.
Employee and Corporate Account Exclusions: Employees of Ring Concierge and its affiliated companies, as well as corporate accounts, are not eligible to participate in the Vault Rewards Program.
Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent activity or abuse concerning the Program or Points, including but not limited to Points earned through fraudulent or dishonest means, may result in the forfeiture of Points and termination of your membership in the Program.
Reporting Fraud: Members can report suspected fraudulent activity or errors in their account by contacting customer service.
Notice of Financial Incentive
In connection with the Ring Concierge Vault Rewards Program, we may offer financial incentives and/or price or service differences (“Incentives”) to Members based on Points earned as further described in these Terms & Conditions in exchange for our use of your personal information.
To offer these Incentives, we must track the personal information you provide when you sign up for or engage in activities to earn Points, such as purchase history, date of birth, participation in Ring Concierge events, reward redemption activity, and engagement with Ring Concierge as described in these Terms & Conditions (“Program Data”).
The value of Program Data is calculated by determining a Member’s approximate additional annual spending compared to an individual’s annual spending who is not yet enrolled in the Program. The value of Program Data is reasonably related to the costs associated with offering the Incentives. You can join the Ring Concierge Vault Rewards Program here, and you can withdraw from or cancel your membership at any time by contacting our customer service. Email Communication
By creating a Vault Rewards account, you agree to receive marketing communications from Ring Concierge. Vault Rewards communications would be in addition to general marketing communications from RC about RC products (should account holders be otherwise signed up to receive these general emails).
RC brand marketing and RC marketing emails will include opt-out instructions should individuals no longer want to receive any of these types of RC communications. Even if a Member opts out of marketing materials, if Vault Rewards is still active, Members will continue to receive relationship/operational communications related to Vault Rewards unless the Vault Rewards account is deleted. Individuals do not need to delete their Vault Rewards account to opt-out from receiving RC brand marketing, Vault Rewards marketing, or e-receipt communications.
Opt-out
Vault Rewards members can opt-out of receiving Vault Rewards marketing and/or RC brand marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the footer of any of these communications. To opt-out from RC brand or Vault Rewards SMS communications text reply “STOP” to any text communication.
