It is the Ring Concierge promise that your jewelry is delivered free of quality defects. We do our best to guarantee that your pieces arrive perfect, but in the case that your piece comes with any issues, please reach out to our Customer Concierge team so we can get this taken care of for you!
 
Because we stand behind the quality of our pieces, your fine jewelry purchase from Ring Concierge comes with a 60-day limited warranty on purchases within the United States. 

Accordingly, Ring Concierge, LLC (“Ring Concierge”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of all authentic products purchased on www.ringconcierge.com or through Ring Concierge (a “Product”), for the period of sixty (60) days following the date on which a Product is delivered to Purchaser, that the Product shall be free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship, including, but not limited to, loose or missing stones, broken or loose prongs, and broken clasps or chains.

Ring Concierge will repair or replace, at its sole option, any defective Product free of charge.

Ring Concierge may replace any defective Product with, at Ring Concierge’s discretion, a new or a reconditioned Product of the same or substantially similar design.

In order to qualify for this warranty, the Purchaser must provide the defective Product and a copy of the original receipt of purchase to Ring Concierge for inspection. The receipt of purchase must indicate the Product purchased, price paid, and the date of purchase.

This warranty shall be null and void if Ring Concierge determines that the Product has been improperly altered, modified or tampered with in any way.

This warranty does not protect against normal-use wear and tear, damage due to abuse, resizes, or lost or stolen pieces. Examples of normal use wear and tear include scratches, dents, stretched chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones.

This warranty does not cover counterfeit, replica or otherwise non-authentic products that were not purchased on www.ringconcierge.com, or through Ring Concierge.

This warranty shall not apply to any Ring Concierge products purchased from unauthorized resellers or unauthorized retailers.

THIS WARRANTY CONTAINS THE SOLE WARRANTY OF RING CONCIERGE. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IF ANY, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TERM OF THIS WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL RING CONCIERGE BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST BUSINESS OR PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THE SALE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or limitations on implied warranties or incidental, consequential or other damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
