EFFECTIVE DATE: AUGUST 30, 2021

All products purchased from Ring Concierge or on www.ringconcierge.com may be exchanged for a different size or color, or exchanged for a store credit within 14 days following the date the Product was delivered to Purchaser. If you initiate your exchange within 14 days of delivery date, or are returning a gift within 30 days of its delivery date, Ring Concierge will cover the necessary return shipping charges.

 

Conditions for Exchange

You may exchange a product purchased from Ring Concierge or on www.ringconcierge.com anywhere in the United States within the above return period, subject to your compliance with the following conditions:

  • You include all original packaging in like new condition;
  • You include all tags, stickers, or other identifying labels on the Product in undamaged like new condition;
  • You include all documentation in undamaged like new condition;
  • You include the product in undamaged like new condition; and
  • You include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product at www.ringconcierge.com within the above exchange period.

 

How to Exchange your Product

To initiate your exchange, please use the following procedure:

  • Visit ringconcierge.com/apps/returns. You will be asked to provide: (1) your order number, (2) your email or shipping zip code (3) the product(s) you would like to exchange, and (4) the reason for the exchange. We’d love to hear your feedback!
  • After we receive your request, we will provide you with an electronic return label from our preferred shipping partner.
  • Print out the label and affix the label to the original Ring Concierge shipping box. Include the product and all required items listed above in the section “Conditions for Exchange.” The receipt of purchase must indicate the product to be returned, price paid, and date of purchase
  • Ship the package at a shipping location.

 

Timing

Ring Concierge will endeavor to issue a store credit or ship a replacement item within 5 business days of receiving an exchanged product or will ship a replacement item that complies with the conditions for return set forth above.  If your exchange is not a result of a Ring Concierge error, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs for the products from your store credit.
