Returns

You have 1 week (7 days) from the date of delivery to return your ready-made engagement ring. We reserve the right to reject the return or deduct any amount for any damages on the ring if it is not in acceptable condition upon return. Any customizations or resizing to the ring results in it becoming final sale.

 

Warranty

Ring Concierge offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all Bespoke pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or loose prongs, and missing pavé stones. The warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by warranty. 

 

Resizing & Repairs

All ready-made rings can be resized to your desired finger size complimentary. Resizing takes around 2-3 weeks. If you're in need of a resize or repair, please email info@ringconcierge.com.
