  • Promotional offer valid starting Thursday February 1, 2024 7:00am EST to Wednesday May 1, 2024 11:59pm PT (“Promo Period”)
  • If you purchase a Ring Concierge Bespoke engagement ring during the Promo Period and sign a Save-the-Date agreement with Birch Event Designs (“Birch”) and pay Birch a deposit within 90 days of becoming engaged, all before paying Ring Concierge in full, you will receive credit towards the purchase of the engagement ring in an amount up to $5,000. The credit will be applied as a deduction to the outstanding balance. Any excess credit will be in the form of a Ring Concierge Gift Card.
  • If you purchase a Ring Concierge Bespoke engagement ring during the Promo Period and sign a Save-the-Date agreement with Birch  and pay Birch a deposit within 90 days of becoming engaged, all after paying Ring Concierge in full, you will receive credit towards the purchase of the engagement ring in an amount up to $5,000.  The credit will be awarded to you in the form of a Ring Concierge Gift Card.
  • If you purchase a Ring Concierge Bespoke engagement ring and pay in full prior to the Promo Period and sign a Save-the-Date agreement with Birch during the Promo Period and pay Birch a deposit within 90 days of getting engaged, you will receive credit in the form of a Ring Concierge Gift Card. 
  • The Engagement Ring Credit will be based on the amount of the deposit you pay to Birch as follows:
$15,000 - $19,999 Birch Deposit - $3,000 Credit
$20,000 - $24,999 Birch Deposit - $4,000 Credit
$25,000+ Birch Deposit - $5,000 Credit  
  • If you, prior to the Promo Period, sign a Save the Date Agreement with Birch and pay Birch a deposit, you will receive a credit towards purchase of a Ring Concierge Wedding Band in an amount up to Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000) and that must be used before December 31, 2024. 
  • If you paid for the Wedding Band in full before signing the Save the Date Agreement and paying the Birch Deposit, then the credit will be awarded to you as a Ring Concierge gift card.  
  • If you have not paid for the Wedding Band in full before signing the Save the Date Agreement and paying the Birch Deposit, then Ring Concierge shall apply the Wedding Band Credit to the Wedding Band purchase price owed by you, and if any Wedding Band Credit remains it shall be awarded to you as a Ring Concierge gift card.
  • The Wedding Band Credit will be based on the amount of the Birch Deposit as follows:
$15,000 - $19,999 Birch Deposit - $1,000 Credit
$20,000 - $24,999 Birch Deposit - $2,000 Credit
$25,000+ Birch Deposit - $3,000 Credit  
  • If Birch refers you to Ring Concierge, and you have never purchased a product from Ring Concierge, and during the Promo Period you purchase an Engagement Ring, Wedding Band or fine jewelry from Ring Concierge, then you shall receive a discount of 10% off the purchase price.  
  • To receive any credit or discount under this Promotion Ring Concierge must receive all requested contact information for you as well as acceptable proof of all applicable elements of this promotion, including without limitation, the signed Birch Save the Date Agreement, payment of the Birch deposit, your engagement, or the Birch referral.
