In-Stock Rings FAQs

You have one week (7 days) from the date of delivery to return your ready-made engagement ring. We reserve the right to reject the return or deduct any amount for any damages on the ring if it is not in acceptable condition upon return. Any customizations or resizing to the ring results in it becoming final sale.

We stand behind the quality of our pieces. Ring Concierge offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all Bespoke bridal pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs and missing pavé stones.

This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.

Please kindly note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of Ring Concierge will void this warranty.

Our completed Bespoke engagement rings are in-stock and ready to ship. Orders placed for the in stock size will be processed in 2-3 business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks if needing a different size.

Bespoke engagement rings ship with complimentary fully insured next business day shipping and require signature upon delivery.

We always recommend insuring your jewelry - Jeweler's Mutual offers stand alone jewelry policies. Alternatively, you can add jewelry to your homeowners insurance with a rider. You will need to reference the appraisal provided with your purchase.
