About Role
Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in bespoke bridal rings and fine jewelry. We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our Houston boutique team. As the driving force behind our brand experience, the General Manager will be responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence, inspiring our team to deliver exceptional service, and driving business growth through strategic leadership and operational excellence.The ideal candidate has the ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Foster a culture of elevated brand experience for both clients and employees, ensuring every interaction reflects the essence of luxury and sophistication. Create a client centric culture by being the leader and ambassador of the client experience for the team.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge training to sales associates, empowering them to confidently engage with clients and showcase the unique value of our Fine Jewelry collections.
- Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing luxury sales team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs to help build long lasting relationships with our clients.
- Cultivate a passion for fine jewelry among team members, instilling a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and storytelling.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed store sales targets, driving business growth while maintaining brand integrity.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive sales through effective clienteling, personalized communication, and relationship-building initiatives.
- Manage and de-escalate tense situations with grace and professionalism, ensuring employee safety, client satisfaction and loyalty are prioritized at all times.
- Oversee back-of-house operations, including inventory management, repairs, returns-to-brand (RTBs), and visual merchandising, to maintain an organized and efficient boutique environment.
- Set high standards for performance, professionalism and customer service excellence by being active on the sales floor leading by example in sales, clienteling and the customer experience.
- Collaborate with corporate stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align on brand strategies, initiatives, and best practices.
- Ensure that teams adhere to established CRM data capture standards by collecting all required information throughout the selling ceremony and accurately entering it into the POS system.
- Adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

Requirements
- 3+ years of direct management experience in Fine Jewelry or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and leading high-performing sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Passion for fine jewelry and a keen eye for design, with a strong appreciation for craftsmanship and luxury sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to deliver excellence.
- Proven ability to manage and de-escalate tense situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Strong back-of-house skills, including inventory management, repairs, returns processing, and visual merchandising.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving business growth and achieving measurable results.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Adherence to Ring Concierge’s dress code policy.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
Other Requirements
- Willing to work in an environment with bright lights.
- Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help clients and accomplish work.
- Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).

Salary: 85-95k (DOE)
