Most pieces require 2-5 business days before shipping (this time allows for a final quality control check). "Custom made for you" pieces typically require 5-7 weeks for production. All pieces have their production times listed, so be sure to check the product page description!

If your order is a rush, please email info@ringconcierge.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Ring Concierge due to multiple failed delivery attempts).

Average shipping times:

• UPS Ground: 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• FedEx Overnight: arrives the next business day from 10:30am-12:30pm (excluding weekends and holidays)
• DHL Express: 3-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)*

*International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by DHL before your package can be delivered. Ring Concierge is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.

If there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your order, please email info@ringconcierge.com within 14 days days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If applicable, a refund may be approved by Ring Concierge due to a manufacturing defect.
