Processing Time
Orders placed for the in stock size will be processed in 2-3 business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks if needing a different size.
Shipping
Once your order has been processed (please reference processing times above), you will receive an email with tracking information and your ring will be shipped via FedEx Overnight arriving the next business day from 10:30am-12:30pm (excluding weekends and holidays). Signature is required upon delivery. Bespoke Engagement Rings are only available to ship within the United States and are not available for international shipping.
Returns
You have two weeks (14 days) from the date of delivery to return your ready-made engagement ring. We reserve the right to reject the return or deduct any amount for any damages on the ring if it is not in acceptable condition upon return. Any customizations or resizing to the ring results in it becoming final sale.
Warranty
Ring Concierge offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all Bespoke pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or loose prongs, and missing pavé stones. The warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by warranty.
Resizing & Repairs
All ready-made rings can be resized to your desired finger size complimentary. Resizing takes 2-3 weeks. More than a 1.5 finger size difference may incur additional fees. If you're in need of a resize or repair, please email info@ringconcierge.com.

Our completed Bespoke Lab Grown engagment rings are in-stock and ready to ship. Orders placed before 4pm EST will be processed the same day. All orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day.
