All VOW purchases include complimentary 2-day fully insured FedEx shipping. Once your ring is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Signature is required upon delivery.
Returns
Your VOW engagement ring is eligible for return or exchange within 10 calendar days after delivery. Either select to receive store credit for the full amount of your purchase or a refund to the original payment method less a $250 restocking fee.
