PROCESSING TIME

In stock orders will ship within 5 business days. Most "Custom made for you" pieces are estimated to require 6-9 weeks for production. All pieces have their production time listed, so be sure to check the product page description.

If your order is a rush, please email info@ringconcierge.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.


SHIPPING

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Ring Concierge due to multiple failed delivery attempts).

Average shipping times:

  • FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • FedEx Overnight: arrives the next business day from 10:30am-12:30pm (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • FedEx International: 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)*

*International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected by FedEx or DHL before your package can be delivered. Ring Concierge is not responsible for returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT.

Please note:

  • Bangles and eternity bands cannot be resized
  • Not all rings can be resized, and most rings cannot be resized more than 1-1.5 sizes smaller or larger than originally made
  • Ring Concierge does not resize or repair items purchased through other retailers

    Ring Concierge fine jewelry does not come with a warranty, but if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect we're happy to repair or replace it for you! Please email info@ringconcierge.com within 14 days days of delivery if this is the case. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. Outside of the 14 day period, you can place a repair order through this page, which includes pricing and shipping details.
