To use:

Rinse your piece under warm water with the drain covered
Pump foam cleaner into the cap of the bottle, or into your hand
Let your piece soak in the cleaner for 30 seconds
Use the brush to thoroughly clean your piece
Rinse your piece under warm water with the drain covered
Pat to dry

Resizing + Repairs

Ring Concierge offers a complimentary 3 year limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including: loose diamonds or loose prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chain. Resizes are not included.

Not all rings can be resized, and most rings cannot be resized more than 1-1.5 sizes smaller or larger than originally made

Processing Time

In stock items will be processed within 3 business days. Most "Custom made for you" pieces are estimated to require 6-9 weeks for production. All pieces have their production time listed, so be sure to check the product page description.

If your order is a rush, please email info@ringconcierge.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.

Insured Shipping

Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry requires signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Ring Concierge due to several failed delivery attempts).

FedEx Overnight: arrives the next business day from 10:30am-12:30pm (excluding weekends and holidays)
